“Coquette is the sweetest girl ever; she loves nothing more than attention from her people. Nothing gets her down. She is playful, loving, and just the best little Frenchie! It has been such a joy to watch more of her playful personality come out, after FBRN was able to get her the surgeries that she needed to breathe more freely.”

I love the name Miranda.
Miranda’s foster mom has this to say : “Miranda needs someone to love her. She is a sweetheart of a girl and thrives on attention and affection, but isn’t so much that way that I would call her needy. She has been such a pleasure to foster - a really easy, sweet girl to have around. I mainly will be looking for someone who falls in love with her sweet spirit. Miranda would be great in most any type setting. She loves everyone, kids included and does fine with other dogs. She tolerates a lot from other dogs, but is not afraid to stand up for herself if one of the boys gets too fresh with her. First time Frenchie people might do just great with this little girl. She is an easy keeper.”

Adopt a frenchie!
His name is Barnaby!
“Barnaby is a slightly insecure but happy fellow who needs firm leadership to control excitability. His excitement is not displayed by jumping or racing around. He becomes excited by strange noises or by asking him to do something different. He will definitely challenge his new person after about 10 days but as long as they take charge right from the start he will settle in comfortably at his new home. He would love to have a nice housemate to spend all his time with and be his companion. He is a delightful and handsome boy. Barnaby is a love bug and wishes for his person to make rules and set boundaries so he doesn’t need to control his world. His eyes say how much he loves you and really just wants to please you. He will make a wonderful pet for the right person.”

Chet is a big boy.
Chet comes to us from a happy home, which unfortunately did not match the needs of this energetic young frog. At just over two years and a whopping 35 pounds, this big guy is all happy, playful boy, Frenchie kisses and Frenchie snuggles. If Chet had his way, he and his family would go for long runs then play for the other 23 hours in a day. And, like any stubborn little Frenchie, Chet is persuasive and determined to have it his way, so a dog savvy family is a must.

Her name is SUNDAE.
Her foster mom has really enjoyed having Sundae. “Sundae has been a pleasure to have in our home. She loves to be with people and has remained our constant shadow. She is very in tune with what we ask of her and tries her hardest. Sundae is great on walks. She is very respectful of our cat and learning to cope with our two rambunctious resident Frenchies. She loves to sit under your feet or on the couch and hang out. We have visited different places and she is GREAT with all new places and faces. She has had zero accidents in our home and is great about letting us know when she has to go. We really adore her and can’t wait for her to find a perfect home that can meet all her needs. I think with time and more exposure to new things her very minimal issues will subside.”

Meet Colette
Here are a few words from her foster mom,“Colette is a lovable, sweet and fun girl! She loves to play and we’d like her to have a canine companion to romp around with. She also loves human affection and is happiest when she is with the family. She likes to cuddle and will happily take her place on your lap but is content on a dog bed on the floor at your feet as well. Colette seems to have lacked attention in her previous life and wants to make up for lost time. She is as precious as can be and just wants to play and be loved!”
If you’re looking for a perfect companion and lap warmer, then please consider applying for Colette today. Just be ready to head down to Central Texas to pick her up because even though this tiny girl would fit in a suitcase, she will not be shipped.

Imogene is the sweetest Frenchie and reminds us of the importance of enjoying the simple things in life. She thinks it’s swell to be able to lounge the day away on the couch or take a slow stroll around the block and admire the neighbor’s roses. After growing up in a puppy mill and having litter after litter of pups, this girl has learned to revel in the simple comforts of a clean couch cushion and a warm lap to snuggle on.

People I am in love with this dog!
“Winnie is such a fabulous tiny diva. She’s short and stout and loves to give the cat a piece of her mind. It’s been a great experience watching her come out of her shell and play with toys and chewies. I would definitely like to see her go to a home with another dog as she really takes her social cues from them. Watching her bat cow hooves across the hardwood floors and go scampering after them is quite comical. I would say she’s more of a tom boy and is still learning to be a lady. Just the other day she gave me a small kiss on the nose which was a huge step from her as she’s never given me a kiss in the 2 months we’ve had her. She tries really hard to follow all the rules and hops around and gets all snuffly when she knows she’s done something right. Overall she’s a very happy baby bulldog.”
